It's pretty savvy that Pope Benedict XVI is affiliating himself with CMC to spread Christianity. However, since advanced technology like the iPhone has introduced apps for absolutely everything, has CMC swept our generation so badly that come Sunday morning, all one has to do is log in from their bed? This could be an optimistic opportunity for people who are injured, handicapped, or have a hard-time physically getting around. But unfortunately, reading religious services through text is no comparison to the feeling of physically attending church. It's possible that CMC delivery of priestly messages may result in a decrease of church-goers. Traditionally, church has been a community-driven event that is not only meant to spread religious teachings, but to also bring people together.
